After years of waiting, those listeners who first fell in love with the Lali Puna albums Tridecoder, Scary World Theory and Faking the Books were recently introduced to Our Inventions in January 2010.  Lead by the voice and keyboards of Valerie Trebeljah, the band reminds us how much we have been missing the elegance and sophistication of Lali Puna’s electronic music through their hit single “Remember”.  This captivating and catchy song was arranged by Markus Acher, who is also a member of The Notwist.  Trebeljahr’s silky vocals and Acher’s pure and pleasing melodies will echo throughout Salon, both for those who have just been introduced to the band as well as those long-time fans who couldn’t get enough of them years ago in Phonem.  Working on a radio play recently, Lali Puna are also long-time members of the Morr Music family, renowned in the circle of indie and electronic lovers.
