The International Istanbul Stationery, Paper, School and Office Products Exhibition is getting ready to open its doors for the 18th time. A waiting list had to be prepared for the event which will host all participants from last year. Bringing together all sector members, the event will open its doors at Istanbul Fuar Merkezi / Cnr Expo between 14-18 March.

 

 

Every year, International Istanbul Stationery, Paper, School and Office Products Exhibition serves as a meeting point where all novelties, developments and opportunities in the sector are followed closely and the event will be opening its doors for the 18th time. The event will be held on a venue of 25 thousand square meters with the participation of over 250 companies between 14-18 March 2012.

 

Organized by ITE Group Plc.’s Turkey Office E Uluslararasi Fuarcilik (EUF) with support from TÜKID (The Turkish Society of Stationery Industrialists, Importers, Exporters and Wholesalers), Stationery and Office 2012 will again be an important platform where the agenda of the stationery and office supplies sector will be followed closely. The campaign titled “1 goal in Education” initiated by TÜKID September 2009 continues in 2012 as well. The campaign aims to prevent usage of imitation stationery products that pose significant health threats. It aims to bring an end to sale of imitation stationery products by combating sale of such products at neighborhood bazaars and by street sellers and other similar means. Society’s administration underlines the fact that local governments have big responsibilities about the issue and need to take the initiative in this struggle and also calls Local Health Directorates for action.

 

The product groups to be exhibited at the event include; inscription tools and accessories, paper products, school supplies, brief cases and suitcases, greeting cards, calendars, organizers, office furniture and decorative items, business books and forms, arts and crafts materials, adhesive tapes and adhesives, meeting and presentation tools and student tools, note pads, stationery products for kids, computer accessories, calculators, safes and archiving materials.

Stationery & Office 2012 Exhibition aims to host a high number of visitors both from Turkey and abroad. Thanks to TÜKID’s efforts abroad, foreign promotional campaigns carried out by ITE Group Plc in cooperation with its foreign offices and the promotional efforts carried out at Paperworld Frankfurt and Paperworld China Exhibitions with support from TÜKID,  the 18th International Istanbul Stationery, Paper, School and Office Products Exhibition attracts great attention from abroad as well. Many professionals mainly from Middle East counties and various countries including Greece, Bulgaria and Turk Republics are expected to visit the event.
